LOTI 032 – Legend of the Innkeeper – “Constructing your first Mage deck”
Welcome to the Legend of the Innkeeper. I’m Vastidious, I’m Ariannwyn and I’m Espo. We’re glad you could join us for our 32nd episode.
This week we are talking about… Mage
What did you do this week?
Espo – Played Mage and failed at ladder, but I won at the Fun. (wow, I may say that on air. ready the bad joke sounds)
Top 3 of the week – Mage (common, rare, epic)
I think we should mention the FB post about Zombie Chow. Our listeners may find it useful.
“Why is Zombie Chow such a commonly used card if it heals the opposing hero for 5 health? Especially if the card itself only has 3 health and does little damage.” (HappyFhantum)

I’m a new listener and I love the podcast! Thank you!
For the first time I have stacked 1600 dust and need a legendary. I know Ragnaros the Firelord and Dr. Boom are the obvious picks that will bring my rank up in any and all decks I play but I’m in love with a few other cards. I mainly play Rogue even tho it is weak without staple legendary cards, I like the mind boggling combos that can come from the class. So my other choices for “fun factor” over upping my rank is … Trade Prince Gallywix. I think its more important to steal spells and have fun than to drop Dr. Boomfor a no brainer win till you get outclass by stacks of legendary cards… I would love to hear your guys thoughts about the potentially very fun “Trade Prince” vs pure power cards like Dr.Boom and Ragnaros.
Hey guys love the show I enjoy lose listening to it on my way to and from work. You guys give solid advice for the casual player. Using your tips about arena I have improved my wins. Let Arrianwynn know I made my best run of five with the priest in arena The hero I almost never use. I am new to hearthstone I was wondering what card packs you get from the arena? Is it GvG, classic or a mix of both? Thanks for your time keep up the great work.
Thanks for a great show. It keeps me oppupied at work and give a good time with many laughs.
