Reviews and Emails

iTunes Reviews:

Soulreaperbob – Good show.  The time will fly by as you listen to these experts explain their favorite cards and strategies.  The hosts knew their subject and were very passionate about what they love.

Npilch – I’ve only listened to your shaman strategy guide but I really enjoyed it.  It seems you guys are just genuinely nice folks that don’t brag about who you know or how epic you are at Hearthstone.  You’ve got a new subscriber and I’m excited to catch up and listen to the rest of your episodes!  Cheer 🙂

Emails:

Hi guys

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your Mage Strategy Guide.  I have never really played any Mage since I opened up the other classes, and have since then been almost exclusively a Priest player (even before Naxx when Priest was pretty weak).

Listening to your Mage episode really got me excited for the Mage class and cards and I immediately went and built myself a Mage deck and watched some Twitch.  This season I think I am going to play exclusively Mage and see if I can beat my best Rank of 6.  That is until I listen to your Priest episode and slip back into old haibts!

Keep up the good work

Andy

  1. Vol’jin might be better than you think. You use it on your opponent’s minions to effectively deal X-2 damage where X is the health of the opposing minion. So it’s a way for priests to get through Giants and ysera and other cards they usually have trouble dealing with.

    • We’ve had a few people comment about Vol’jin and what we said on the show. There is actually a back story behind this. When Ariannwyn and I played WoW during the events leading up to the change of the War chief, she was a huge fan of Vol’jin. So my comments on the show were trying to get a reaction from her hoping to elicit excitement from her about him being in the game. I think she missed it so I moved on.

I really like the card and hope to get it soon so I can play with it in my decks. It’s a great looking card.
